My "ANY" flat rate pricing in unique.  I'm the only inspector I'm aware of offering this value pricing.  I realize most homes are under 2,000 sq.ft. so I decided a single price would be helpful.  I can, on a limited basis, discount for really small homes, like, under 900 sq.ft.
